1. number of introns is 7.8.

"human genome project" denotes that it has about 25,000 genes with 7.8 introns per gene (apx).

2. 1st amino acid residue is methionine while the 2nd and 3rd amino acids are according to the genetic code.

3. The last three amino acid residues can be of any standard amino acids coded by the codons in no particular order.
