Some other indications are when workforce becomes inclusive in nature and works in unison for better productivity.
When defect rate starts lowering and bottlenecks start to diminish, it is a sign of system getting organised. When the overall productivity of the team upgrades and produces results because of occurence of organizing activities. Some other indications is employees taking less leaves than earlier.
