DNA polymerase is enzyme which add deoxyribonuceotides in the process of DNA replication/synthesis in cell.

same function i.e. addition or incorporation of deoxyribonucleotides during DNA synthesis in in-vitro process like PCR amplification done by DNA polymerase enzyme.
