If you are a manager responsible for employee training, what might you now do before, during or after training to increase the likelihood of training transfer for your staff?

As per the work environment demands for the skills, the manager should focus on the members to make them work ready for completing the client’s project and a During the completion of the training, the major part that the manager should do is to call for an assessment and evaluation test about the learning activities that the members have obtained during the process of training.The important aspects that are required to take under consideration ‘before’, ‘during’, and ‘after’ the training process for the betterment of the staffs to function effectively in the work process are as follows: To initiate the process of training it is the responsibility of the manager to make a checklist for the members to whom the training is going to be provided.

It is required discussing the upcoming projects of the organization during the training and the skills required for completing the project is likely required to give them with the knowledge about the same so that it gets beneficial for them to implement in the conduction of live projects.It will give an extra advantage to the manager to plan accordingly for the purpose of training, and finally to initiate the process all such necessary things are required to keep in the list so that a proper training session can be held.While going through the process of training it is required to interact with the members about their learning needs so that if any changes are required to implement it can be put into the series of learning activities.
