If you are a trainer, what steps can you take before or during training to support training transfer? can you answer this question in 200 words
Having some experience in the field I would make use of feedback and the use of a virtual chat room to allow individuals to open up and discuss their challenges. The feedback could be vocal as well, but being in a forum makes it easier for others in the same process to help each other out if they can. It is better if the individuals can come to me collectively with a problem and then the best course of action can be determined. While sticking to the structure and schedule is the best course of action, some buffers should always be set in place even with the most concise or hurried schedule. Most problems do not arise due to the material rather, the understanding of the message by the receiver, and how the instructor is conducting the process.
Making smaller groups between the batch can be a helpful way we can facilitate communication. Since different individuals can have the same problem, addressing it separately is never optimal. This is why the buffers we set in place while planning the structure and schedule is crucial, as well as providing the learners the ability to reach you outside the learning environment, to facilitate open and transparent communication so that nonverbal communication does not become an issue as well.
