Transfer of training is something when one uses pre-acquired training and knowledge in handling new situations. Transfer of training can be of any type be it a positive transfer of training, negative transfer of training or zero transfer of training,

Anyone who is actually involved in a task is responsible for it.

Individuals play an important role when he performs an activity based on prior training received.

New training based on technology is a new way to enhance the transfer of training. It enhances the scope of transfer of training as people can learn and retain the training material previously given with the help of technology
