As a manager, how might you deal with an employee who is always displaying negative emotions that affect the rest of the team? How might you use an understanding of attributions and emotional contagion to help you decide what to do?

As a manager, how might you deal with an employee who is always displaying negative emotions that affect the rest of the team? How might you use an understanding of attributions and emotional contagion to help you decide what to do?

ANSWER:

With the assistance of attribution hypothesis and enthusiastic infection, I might want to build up a domain which makes positive feelings, for example, bliss, energy, alleviation, appreciation.

In the event that any employee is showing negative feelings in the group which influences the rest at that point, I might want to change his group or work by breaking down his passionate insight, give him certain input, bring up things the worker progresses nicely and express worry to help and focus on his feelings with the goal that others can't get influenced in light of the fact that a large portion of us get feelings from others.
