Meat eating hominins increase their body size by the consumption of meat without losing mobility, agility or sociality and the reasons for which they are distinct from other meat eating primates includes their using flaked stone tools, they would eat mammals whereas other primates are eating insects etc and also their scavenging nature whether it is active or confortational scavenging, so the incorrect reason is hominins use animals that often larger than hominins itself whereas primates eats only smaller animals.
