ANSWER:-  Brain, Spinal cord.

Gray matter mainly have large number cell bodies and less number of myelinated axon( means the axon are have a cover named sheath which is myelin) and unmyelinated axons are more in number ( axon without myelin sheath). The reason for being gray matter inside the spinal cord because they transmit the neural impulses from different body parts to the brainand vice versa and for this reason the gray matter should be protected carefully. The main function of gray matter is to processing of information.
