The correct option b. (Two bands one formed using only N14 and one formed by N15).

During conservative mode of DNA replication, Two daughter strands synthesized from two template DNA strand of parent DNA, are coiled together. Therefore, if the parent strand has N15 and replicate through conservative mode in a medium containing N14, the resulting daughter strands with N14 will coil together as one double helix. Hence, the parent strands will have N15 and daughter strands will have N14. After 3 rounds of conservative DNA replication, 7 out of 8 DNA double helix will have N14 and only one starting parent strand will have N15. Hence, after centrifugation two bands will be observed : one band of N15 and another band of N14.
