Women’s rights movement (or) women’s liberation movement (or) woman suffrage movement actually began in the year 1848. In that year, at New York, 300 women and men sign the Declaration of Sentiments for the end of discrimination against women.

WOMENS RIGHTS HUMAN RIGHTS

The women right movement is the wave of feminism of the women’s rights in all areas including politics, work, the family, and sexuality. These movements by and on behalf of women continued till the end of 2008s for the right in law, voting, job, schooling, marriage, colour etc. For example in the years 1873, 1887, 1890, 1916, 1918, 1920, 1923, 1932, 1953, 1963....till 2008. Government alloted lot of additional beneficiary laws and regulations for the women by the women's right movements.
