Option C is correct. Normally glucose produces 4 substrate level phosphorylation in the cytosol by the end of glycolysis. NHose will also produce the same number of ATP.

Under normal condition there is enough glucose inside the cell so, both will produce same amount of substrate level phosphorylation.
