1) The patient is impacted by the pollutants emitted from the power plant ,as a result of it the patient is having shortness of breath , weight loss and fatigue resembling respiratory disease .

There are several pollutants emitted from a power plant. These include Sulphur Dioxide (SO ), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) and Ozone (O). SPM from coal power plants are mainly soot, smoke and fine dust particles and these cause asthma and respiratory illness.

2) In normal cells, the cell cycle is controlled by a complex series of signaling pathways by which a cell grows, replicates its DNA and divides while in cancer, as a result of genetic mutations, this regulatory process malfunctions, resulting in uncontrolled cell proliferation.
