Some white Americans have not owned slaves and not practice discrimination in employment but they would have been benefited by the following ways, (because slavery and discrimination ultimately lesson the competition and also fever every person who was not discriminated and had the privilege to live the life like white Americans all of them doesn't matter if they did the discrimination or not-

  • Lack of competition in order of recruitments
  • Better opportunity
  • Slavery made them to be the the dominant class and thus more affluent
  • Discriminatory basis created a route for the white Americans get better job opportunities in even get jobs that there may not be the best candidate for.
