By this legislation HR of all companies are bound to provide equal opportunity to all applicants irrespestive of race, sexual orientation, gender, color etc. Potential applicants can be assured that they will be judged solely on the basis of their skills and experience. This legislation ensures that biases resulting out of color and creed are not influencing the hiring decision. The process of hiring will have to be transparent so that applicants know why they are being rejected or selected.
