Five conflict handling strategy as below -

1) Avoiding - Avoiding conflict strategy adapts when party withdrawing or avoiding conflicts and this technique best to avoid unwanted discussion and waste of time. When forces unacceptable to use parties adopt these practices.

2) Competing - Competing is also a conflict resolution strategy but not good in group problem-solving strategy and most suitable in wars, sports, etc.

3) Compromising - Compromising strategy is trying to find a mutually satisfactory solution and in this process everybody sacrifices and benefiting some amount and reaches to a common solution.

4) Accommodating - Accommodating when one party gives into wishes and demands of another and they are being cooperative but not assertive.

5) Collaborating - Collaborating method is used when the people are both assertive and cooperative and allowing every participant to make a contribution with the possibility of co-creating shared solutions that everyone can support.
