An entrepreneur identifies needs that do not exist in the existing business and identifies solutions for those needs. Entrepreneurial activities involve developing and starting new businesses and marketing them often with the ultimate goal of selling the business for profit.

An entrepreneur who regularly starts a new business selling them and then starting a new business is a serial entrepreneur. In addition, although the word "entrepreneur" is often associated with startups and small businesses, every founder of a successful family name starts as an entrepreneur.

If you want to be an entrepreneur but you are worried that you do not have money for it, your finances should not prevent you from achieving your goals. Many entrepreneurs seek initial funding for their activities from external sources, such as angel investors, who can provide entrepreneurs with capital to cover start-up costs (or later expansion costs) if you can demonstrate high growth potential. Your business, you can also turn to investors who invest capital in exchange for a stake in your company.
What motivates entrepreneurs to start when more people are driving in the opposite direction?

Although individual motivation does not change and is unique, many entrepreneurs are motivated by one or more of the following motivators:

Autonomy: Entrepreneurs want to be their own boss, set personal goals, manage their own progress and run their business as they see fit. They acknowledge that the success or failure of their business depends on them, but they do not see this responsibility as a burden but rather a symbol of their freedom.

Purpose: Many entrepreneurs have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and will work tirelessly to make it happen. They firmly believe that they have a product or service that fills a void and is forced by a unanimous commitment to achieve that goal going forward. They are disgusted with the stalemate and will fail as they move forward rather than disappear passively.

Flexibility: Not everyone fits into the rigors of traditional corporate culture. Entrepreneurs often try to break out of these limitations, finding a balance between working life or work over time and in unusual ways. This does not mean that they work less - often, especially in the early stages of business growth, they work longer and harder, but instead work in an unusual way for them.

Financial success: Most entrepreneurs understand that they will not become millionaires overnight, but this does not mean that they are not interested in the potential to make a lot of money from the highly successful business that they They have full control. Some want to create a financial security network for themselves and their families, while others make a lot of money by creating the next big thing.

Legacy: Entrepreneurs are often driven by a desire to create something beyond them. Others want to create a brand that lasts a long time and becomes an institution. Another group wants to pass on the source of income and security to their heirs. There are also those entrepreneurs who hope to have a lasting interest in the world and leave innovations that improve people's lives in a practical way.

Money

There is nothing wrong with being an entrepreneur to make a lot of money. By now, you should know that entrepreneurship is not a scheme to get agile (no matter how much new information you read), but even a simple business can get an attractive salary for an entrepreneur. Work hard too. Entrepreneurship has almost unlimited revenue potential - giving you a good idea - and knowing that money is a high priority for you can help you steer your business toward greater profitability.
Independence

Some people engage in entrepreneurship because of the independence they are given. They are tired of the boss or the manager, they are told what to do and they want to take responsibility for their own lives.
