The answer of the question no 1 is-

The "all- or-none" law in terms of transmitting impulses within a nerve cell means, when a stimulus is received the power of the response of a nerve cell or neuron ( i.e. the strength of the transmission of impulses) is independent of the stimulus's strength. It means, if the stimulus is powerful enough to generate a response, then a nerve cell shows response i.e. the nerve cell will transmit that impulse or information along the nerve cell and towards the synapse (the space that is found between the two adjacent nerve cells).On the other hand, if the stimulus is not strong enough to generate a response ,then a nerve cell does not show any response (i.e. there will be no transmission of impulses along the nerve cell). So, according to the "all- or-none" law, either there will be a transmission of impulses (the "all" of the "all- or-none" law) along the nerve cell as a response of a stimulus or there will be no (the "none" of the "all- or-none" law) transmission of impulses along the nerve cell. There is nothing in between these two conditions i.e. there is no such things like "strong response" or "weak response" of a nerve cell.
