Answer #1

Yes, there has been a mentor in my career that has helped me communicate in difficult situations. I consider my first supervisor to be my mentor since he was the one who taught me to communicate better in a formal setting and how to deal with different situations at workplace. I was quite raw at the time of my first job and did not know the nuances of the job. He was the one who guided and mentored me which allowed me to improve my skillsets gradually and get noticed on the job for my performance. Also he taught me to communicate in a formal manner and speak clearly and concisely to communicate a point. This has helped me a lot during my career and I found his guidance very useful as well.
