Answer: It allows punishment that do not fit the crime

Explanation: There is no matter of appeasement. It is also not a matter of revenge. In this model it is believed that the criminals must suffer punishment. The punishment is given according to the crime but in most of the cases the punishment may be more or less as there is no issue of consideration.
