Answer- The gram positive and gram negative can be identified by the test like growing them in selective media. The gram positive will grow in Columbia CNA agar and gram negative will grow in Macconkey agar.

The other method will be staining with gram stain. Gram negative will be stained as pink while the gram positive will be stained as purple.
