How do fungi and bacteria function in many ecosystems, and what makes sponges different from other animals?
The fungi and bacteria both break down the dead organisms and helps to get back the nutrients and minerals in the soil back again which is further used in the ecosystem by other organisms. So naturally they helps to run the cycle of carbon,nutrients and minerals.
2. Sponges are different because they does not have any organs like the other animals.
They also lack of true tissue and they don't have any body symmetry.
The sponge is a multicellular organism but they lack of cell wall and they also produce sperm cell.
