I can describe an situation in which I am not in the majority list. This is when I started business in my school days. You found this funny and unimaginable as like my friends, classmates and family thinks. No one is around me who is doing same like me. This demotivates me to pull up my decision but my mind not ready to give up. So I try to take risk and everything goes well my business grows exponentially in staring and gradully after the initial success. And now my business is in a good condition and I have four more businesses. Starting early gives you the time to make mistakes and learn.
When you are in the list of minority then this gives you fear and demotivates you to move towards majority. Sometimes you also starts doubting yourself when you see no one is around you. But this is the most difficult time that makes you a better version of yourself. So never ever think about fear while taking an extraordinary decision if you are fully sure.
