Answer 1) The Company which I am taking is Apple company and the product is Iphone

- Target Market: All those customers who are looking for a phone which is having security at its priority and looking forward for values of luxury, premium product, great build quality and technological advance products.

- Customer Profile: Customer of Apple products are the one who want more simplicity in their phone rather than creative stuffs like android. Apple customers are mostly who are already using an Iphone and have safety of data as their priority and need good business class phone.

- Competitor Profile: Apple is having many competitors like Samsung, Xiaomi, One Plus, LG etc

· Marketing Plan and analysis: Marketing strategies can be of many types, it can be launching products are cheap price to earn the market share, it can be tying up with competitor brand and ruling the market, it can be launching a product in only some specific regions, it can be giving customer experience of internship at the company, it can be giving retailers perks if they sell more product. Marketing strategies can be so many it depends upon the nature and mind/knowledge of the working managers. The main goal of market strategy is to increase the market share, increase the sales and increase the number. What strategy Apple has launched is they provided student discount on their product for students that are studying, Apple also provide discount on the 2nd product if customer purchases the product etc. Strength is their premium products, the goodwill, their customer satisfaction level is very high, and their product quality is very good. Along with this Apple keeps on brining technological changes in their products and is said to be number 1 company when it comes to technological advancement. Also the employee base of Apple is very skilled. Opportunity is they can launch products in average range and attract and satisfy that customer as well, opportunity is launching phones in new market where they are not present, and opportunity is launching LCD display in car segment also. Apple is now going to include Apple Silicon chips in their Mac’s and dropping Intel this will give them more revenues as cost will be saved.

· Competitive advantage and overview: Apple as a company is said to be number one company in terms of technology adaption and security provided by Apple phones is way ahead of its competitors. Along with this apple ecosystem is very unique which is liked by all of their customers and non customers it’s just so simple that anybody can operate it. Apple is always said as a company which takes care of its employees and its customers this creates a good brand image of the brand in front of all the stakeholders.
