Various communication channels can be used in an organization. It can be formal, informal, and unofficial channels. In this crisis, Dominos can use the formal channel of communication through face to face interaction. As communication takes place in the company internally therefore it will the best communication channel within the organization. This will helps in dealing with the situation immediately and actions could be taken quickly. The queries can also be easily resolved immediately. It will be easier to make strategic planning with the help of reviews of the departments so tackle the issue. Other channels are also there like written methods, electronic communication but these are not as quick as face to face interaction. So, a formal face to face interaction will be the best in this situation.
