Many proteins, especially transcription factors, need to be delivered to the nucleus under certain cellular conditions but not under others. How is it possible to control protein delivery to the nucleus? Discuss as many different mechanisms to regulate nuclear delivery as you can identify.
The transcription factors are proteins that are synthesised in the cytoplasm. The transport of proteins from the cytoplasm to nucleus takes place through the nuclear import mechanism where the importin molecules and RanGTP tag along with the transcription factor and let it get imported into the nucleus. Other mechanism by which the protein import is regulated is by the GTP/GDP concentration in the cytoplasm that affects the RanGTP. These are the regulatory mechanisms by which protein transport occurs into the nucleus.

NF-kappa B (NFKB) proteins are transcription factors that control the expression of genes involved in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation inflammation, and apoptosis. Dysfunction within the NFkB pathway can trigger indefinite cell proliferation and cell survival leading to the development of tumors. Stimul OS NIYA W IDTNOM IMAM IMENOVE 1. Explain how NFKB proteins are activated to promote cell survival. 2. How would a cell evade apoptosis if an IB Inhibitor of kappa B) protein could no longer bind...

Deviance at IDEO All groups, whether top management teams, self-managed work teams, or command groups, need to control their members' behaviors to ensure that the group performs at a high level and meets its goals. One important way in which groups influence members' behaviors is through the development and enforcement of group norms, the behavior expected of group members. Another important element of group dynamics that affects group performance and effectiveness is group cohesiveness, which is the degree to which...

Introduction: A manufacturing company that possesses many complexities can be highly challenged when maintaining production goals and standards in conjunction with a major organizational change. Garment manufacturing is a complex industry for many reasons. The product line is a complex array of styles, seasons, varying life cycles and multidimensional sizing. Many sewn product firms are viewing TQM as the appropriate strategy to meet the double demand of competition and quality; however, many companies are finding sustaining their TQM adoption decision...

May you check my answers for 2a and 2b and see if: the
information is being accurately presented, there is no unneeded
information, and most importantly it is answering the question? I
added more information to strengthen my answer so hopefully, it is
better this time around. Thank you in advance!
