Answer1. B vitamins can be defined as a class of water-soluble vitamins which play important roles in cell metabolism. As these vitamins are water soluble, they are not stored in the body. Hence a daily intake of vitamin B is required.

Food rich in vitamin B and which can be carried are:

1. Whole grain bread - Grains contain Vitamin B6, B1, B3 etc.

2. Eggs - they have immense amount of vitamin b12 and B2

3. ​Seeds or dryfruits (sunflower seeds, almonds) - dry fruits have a lot of essential nutients. They are rich in vitamin B6

4. Fruits (oranges/ avocados/bananas ) - Bananas contain 35 % of recommended daily vit B intake. It is rich in vit B6.

5. Milk - contains all the required vitamin Bs from the complex, like Vit B1, vit B2, vit B3, Vit B5, Vit B6, and Vit B12.

6. Chicken - meat is high in vitamin B6 and B3.

Vitamin B complex is present in a wide range of food. Right from our breakfast to dinner , our daily balanced meal has all the food to provide us with the necessary vitamin B. All the types of vitamin B have their unique functions in our body. Hence a person with balanced diet can be considered to get the required dose of vitamin B from the daily meal. However if the person have a disease or is habituated to have only one kind of food item regularly , then there are chances that he or she may suffer from deficiency from any of the  vitamin B.
