The correct answer is 240 million

Total unemployment is 10 million. Total employment is is 150. This implies that labour force is 150 + 10 which is 160 million. People out of labour force are 80 million. those in labour force and those out of labour force together constitute working age population. This is equivalent to 160 + 80 which is 240 million.
