Diffusion:- Diffusion is the process by which atoms or molecules move from an area of high concentration to low concentration. The process of diffusion is a very important within the human body, say for example the diffusion of oxygen and carbon doxide gas takes place in the lungs and diffusion of salts, water molecules,waste products occur in kidney. Diffusion of calcium and various other substances takes place from food into intestine.

Immunity;-The immune system protects the body against disease or other potentially damagin foreign bodies. When functioning properly, the immune system identifies and attacks a variety of threats, including viruses, bacteria and parasites which distinguishing them from the dodys own healthy tissue.

The immune system protects through, Physical barriers (skin on our body,mucos coating of the epitheliuum lining the respiratory tracts or gastroinstestinal tract that help in trapping microbes entering into the body).Physiological barrier( acid in stomach, saliva in mounth and tears from eyes). Cellular barriers (WBC of our body and monocytes and lymphocytes in blood). Cytokine barriers(virus infected cells secrete proteins called interferons which protect non infected cells from further viral infection)

A lack of safe lifestyle and environment can also cause diseases. Disseases in these conditions mainly involvess diarrhoea, lower respiratory infection, cardiovascular diseases caused by abuse such as alcholism and smoking realated diseses and diseases caused by physical factors in environment such as skin cancer caused by excessive expose to UV radiations.
