Answer = Good way to increase the absorption of non heme iron from a food is to consume the vitamin C high food in the diet.

- Vitamin C such as orange juice, lemon juice ,gooseberry and green leafy vegetables are rischest source of Vitamin C so give the these food to increase the better absorption of Iron and also teach the client to avoide milk and dairy product with iron because calcium and these products decrease Iron absorption.
