Answer:

The new born baby of any organism is indeed a carrier of the library of ancient information. This phenomenon is best understood by the phrase of Earnest Hackle, " ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny". while development of embryo from zygote, a baby passes through all the phases which were attained by his ancestors. The embryo has gill slit like structures which shows at some point of time fishes were our ancestors. The embryo has tail bone like structure which shows we were related to monkeys at some point of time. These are the informations which are passed from generation to generation, species to species genus to genus and phylum to phylum with large chunks of modification and mutations in between. All these are passed in the form of DNA, which is the library of information. That library is being carried out from bacterias to humans. The fact that bacterias and humans have same components, features of DNA suggests that the new born baby has been passed with the library of information of bacterias.

Moreover direct linkage of immediate ancestral information can be carried better by mitochondrial DNA. As only mitochondria of the mother is passed from generation to generation, the trace of the information can be found directly in the mitochondrial DNA . Hence that new born baby has direct information of all of his female ancestors. Hence it can be concluded that a newborn baby can be owner of a library of ancient information.
