Creative challenge refers to a call from an organization or individuals to engage in creative acts in order to produce something new or modifying the existing product or activity. This is different from the critical challenge since it doesn’t seek to criticize or judge the work of others negatively, while critical challenge seeks to criticise, judge and find fault with one’s work. Creative work would provide one with an opportunity to express one’s talents and skills without being criticised or laughed at but would be appreciated for one’s effort. Critical challenge would look for perfection of a work thus would seek to identify the negative aspects of a work, while creative challenge would look for positive side of a work. Creating a motor bike, aircraft, writing stories, poetries or even talking on the stage would be appreciated for the effort under creative challenge while it would be critically viewed and criticised under critical challenge.
