SOLUTION:- The difference between Native EAP types and Tunneled EAP types is given below:-

Native EAP Types sends username and password credentials instantly without creating secure tunnel. Examples of  Native EAP Types are EAP-MD5, EAP-TLS, EAP- MSCHAPV2, EAP- GTC.   

Tunneled EAP Types establishes an encrypted tunnel and then sends credentials within that tunnel and assists in forming identity store decisions such as AD, LDAP, etc. Examples of Tunneled EAP Types are PEAP, EAP FAST.
