The process of losing weight or maintaining weight depends on
the several activities. There are many factors that influence the
goal of losing or gaining weight and those include Eating habits,
metabolic rate, physical activity like exercise and also genetic
background.
The eating habits of a person affect more than any factor interms
of regulationg weight. The metabolic rate and activities also
regulate the weight loss activity. Eating wide range of foods that
contain high fats and proteins may increase the weight and food
with low carbohydrates and zero fat will decrease the weight. The
proper metabolic rate and the physical exrcises will help to
maintain weight and fitness and the proper diet and exercise lead
to normal metabolic rate. In some conditions, like obesity which is
obtained because of gene transfers from ancestors is a not easily
regulating condition. Even though the proper diet and exercise may
not help in reducing weight.
The factors that encourage someone to meet their goals
include,
Eating nutritionally rich foods,
keeping a food and weight dairy which helps in remembering the
goals everyday and helps to not deviate.
Engaging is regular physical activity, physical activities like
exercises will help to maintain weight balance and increase the
metabolic rate.
Eliminating liquid caloris and high fat and sugar content foods.
They does not help in increasing weight but they effect weight loss
and decrese in metabolic rate.
Eating mindfully, control in food intake. eat till whenever mind
says full but not the stomach.
