Carew International’s LAER process is a standard process for objection handling: Listen, Acknowledge, Explore, Respond.

Some strategies for handling customer objections are:

  1. Actively listen.
  2. Repeat what you hear to make sure that the concern is well understood
  3. Acknowledge your prospect’s concerns
  4. Ask follow-up questions.
  5. Share success stories
  6. Set a specific date and time to follow-up.
  7. Anticipate sales objections.
