The null and alternative hypothesis:

Ho: μ1 = μ2

Ha: μ1 > μ2

The option B is correct answer.

Test statistic t:

t = (x̄1 - x̄2)/√(s1^2/n1 + s2^2/n2)

t = (97.65 - 97.42)/√(0.84^2/11 + 0.73^2/59)

t = 0.23 / 0.2705

t = 0.8503

Test statistic t = 0.85

P-value:

df = [s1^2/n1 + s2^2/n2]^2 / [s1^2/n1]^2/n1-1 + [s2^2/n2]^2/n2-1

df = [0.84^2/11 + 0.73^2/59]^2 / [0.84^2/11]^2/11-1 + [0.73^2/59]^2/59-1

df = 12.966

df = 13

P-value = 0.205
