1. The event was held by an IT company named Bodhi Solutions Private Limited on 04^th of January 2020 in the state of Kerala, India.

2. The mission of this company is to make a difference in the technology by bringing more innovative products that would make a major difference in the way the people live and do business.

The purpose of the event was to conduct an expo of the R&D products that were produced by the company along with a couple of tents for other companies to display the products innovated by them which was first verified by the company before they were allowed a tent for their expo.

I came to know about this company from my friend who is a software engineer and is one of the head developers of the company.

And I got the pass to this event under his name due to which I did not have to pay any fees. But as a measure to eliminate unauthorized access of people into the expo, they had kept fees of $150 per person.

3. I chose the organization to attend the expo, because it was one of the entities that I knew was genuinely working with an intention to provide the human kind with some good innovative solutions which would make a whole difference in the way they live and also do business. Hearing from my friend I knew the effort they were putting in for creating a difference and it was also a worry for him that the result for that effort was not actually earned. Due to peoples blind trust on bigger brands like Google and not able to believe in new products that are made by small or mid-sized IT firms like Bodhi was a point which required being work on. And that was what they wanted do through this expo. They wanted to put these products and their working displayed in front of the customers who might believe in them and give a project. This genuine effort made me come for the event and trust them.

4. The experience was nice and opens like in a breeze. There was some real technical experience in the shelf along with some good music and food. The place was covered with some well-mannered and positioned business executives also.

I learned that there are opportunities for everyone and innovations are not actually happening in the big brands but at the mid-sized companies who put their blood and sweat in this despite of having financial and other constraints.

Yes I had opportunity to network and learn a lot of thoughts and experience from people representing some top brands which gave me a whole new world.

5. One thing I found out about myself which I should actually change to network more efficiently was to build the ability to initiate a conversation and bring in the attention of any person I want. This was because, every time I was not the person who started the conversation and was in fact waiting for someone to come and start it.
