1) In a given scenario there are team members who are unwilling to perform the tasks, then here the leaders tell the group members what to do and how to do.
2) If teams have knowledge but are not able to perform the task then the leader guides the group members by sharing the knowledge and ideas.
3) If the teams have the knowledge and are able to perform but still they are unwilling to do the task then the leaders give less guidance and encourage the team members to more actively participate in decision making.
4) Suppose if the team members have the knowledge, ability, and willingness to perform then here the leaders are less involved and allow the group members to take most of the decisions and responsibilities.
