1. Fee for service, Capitation, and Salaries are the three primary forms of payments in the healthcare sector. Fee for service means that the management or the authorities pay the doctor for each service he provides separately. The advantage is that this method encourages the doctors and staff to provide efficient services to every patient to increase their gains. The second advantage is that they take the accountability of the patients. The cons are that the structure does not pay for any unnecessary or extra care, and the patients also suffer from logistics problems. The second method is capitation. The method includes prepayment to the physicians and the doctors for their services. The advantages are: it provides increased flexibility in the payment method, and it also brings a pinch of standardization. The disadvantages are: it can lead to an increase in the risks of the patients' lives, and it can also increase the doctors' financial risks. The last method is to pay monthly or quarterly salaries to the staff. The advantages are: it is like a guarantee for the professionals, and it can also include incentives. The disadvantages are that the staff might have delayed payments, and they might miss the benchmark or the objective.

2. The process of care coordination involves organizing the patient care activities and spreading the patients' updates to the other participants so that they can ensure the safety of the patients. The healthcare sector uses this method on a large scale. It is because all the doctors are not available every time. It is essential to attend the patients, and the other staff needs to know the condition to continue the treatment. It can reduce the risks of the life of the patient.

3. Canada, the UK, and the USA do not have many similarities in their healthcare system. The only similarity is that there have been recent and continuous developments in all three countries' healthcare sector. In the IS, the patients are less happier than in the UK, and Canada. The USA spends the most on the healthcare sector. In America, there are more private hospitals. However, Canada has socialist hospitals, and the United Kingdom has mixed types of hospitals. However, the countries have developed their healthcare systems appropriately according to the changes in the environment.
