Answer 8) The three ways in which a fake photo can be detected are:

i) If an image is fake then it must have been made by taking references from different photographs and inserting them into one. This can be detected by looking at the lighting of the image. This creates a different structure to the image which can easily be identified.

ii) Looking at the eyes of the person in the image. Since our eyes shows what the lighting of the image is. For example our pupil will be bigger we are at a darker place than in a lighted room or in outdoor.

iii) Search for shadows in the pictures. There are several shadows error when there is an edit in the picture.

Two things we can do to detect fake pictures are :

i) Use reverse fake image to know when this image was first taken or used. You can determine the authenticity of the image by this.

ii) Check for images which are of low quality. People use low quality images in fake images such that details can be hidden more accurately
