5)now a days company can only be developed or sucess through innovation.so for innovative product company need more finance as it is avg start up company it have no back up that much so it ineed to raise finance from outside .For that comapany will need to give asset or inventory as secure item for loan.it is  easy to take secure financing than other financing because finance provider have a security .
