Yes you are right to assume 1:1 ratio for the production of product.

Since you have not mentioned the 3.04 g of starting material is what. I am taking the 3.04 g of mohr's salt.

No of moles of mohr's salt = no of moles of product {iron(II) oxalate} = Mass / Molar mass => 3.04 g / 392 g/mol.

=> 0.00776 mol.

Theoritical yeild = moles * molar mass => 0.00776 mol * 180 g/mol

=> 1.3968 g.
