Please provide specific points that I can use to convince my HR department to begin using HR analytics.

Please provide at least 2 companies that have had a successful implementation of HR analytics, and what was the analytics that was implemented.

Which analytics to you think would be the most beneficial to a company? Why?

HR analytics is mainly about solving the problems of employees in the organization. By developing the HR analytics there will be more beneficial things like there will be the full swing of training program by this training employees can easily adopt the organizational objectives, it helps to track the employees professional data by their performance, it majorly helps to identify the basic retention rate of the employees and by this analytics gaps in the employees can be easily observed so that HR can easily identify in which area employees was struggling. By these reasons you can easily convince HR department to begin the HR analytics.

          I had identified two companies that one company which I was present working and another company that I was worked in past. Both companies was successfully started the analytics and organizations are enjoying the benefits from them. Present organization which I was working adopted the operational analytics which means this increases the more existing operations. Before company which I was worked adopted the predictive analytics which they used to predict the problems which will be observed in the future.

         According to my point of view predictive analytics was beneficial to any company because by predicting the problems then there will be chance to get more solutions. If we take the complex decisions then it will be useful to predict the benefits from that decision.
