Task forces are time-based and outcome based which should support all the project’s goals. The task force role is important as these bring strategic plan into the action by ensuring to perform the key activities needed to move forward and to achieve project success. Most of the time, different task forces are aligned with each strategic goals in an organization. Each task force comprises of members deom different teams who are the part of functional project team. Hence, the task force convene the project support, having meeting process and relevant communications, brainstorm available opportunities and suggested solutions.

A Project manager is responsible for leading the project and project team. Project manager ensure to complete the project within the specific timeframe, defined scope and with higher quality (apart from the assigned cost) to the client with no flaws. A project manager is responsible for the project through out the project life cycle (from project initiation till closure). Project manager provide the project vision to the project team and ensure team remains focused on the same. Thus, a project manager holds the complete accountability .
