Ans: Chagas disease is transmitted by insects. Triatomine bugs of reduviidae family of hemiptera order transmit the disease.

Anthrax infections can be manifested primarily in skin, lungs and gastrointestinal (GI) tract and secondarily in central nervous system (CNS).

Chagas disease or american trypanosomiasis is caused by protozoa- Trypanosoma cruzi.

To diagnose chagas disease blood smears (thick and thin) are used but stools are never used.

So, the correct statements are- Option-a, Option-b and Option-c.
