Baumrinds parenting style was mainly divided in 4 sections they are:-Permissive,Authoriative,Authoritarian,Uninvolved. As when I would compare this to my parents childrearing styles.Then my parents belong to the Permissive category just they generally avoided confrontation.They were having low expectations from me as well as I can do anything I like untill and unless it's highly unacceptable.And I and my siblings were not much bounded with rules.Our parents has allowed us to take some decisions and later on it would be corrected if anything wrong happens.So we felt like a boss in our childhood.
