Part-1:- given molecule contain alcohol and haloalkane groups. Alcohol gets priority in IUPAC nomenclature.

Part-2:-

Parent chain contain nine carbon atoms.

Base name:- nonane, suffix:- -Ol

Chain is numbered right to left so that higher priority functional group alcohol gets lower number.

No stereochemistry present but can't be assigned.

Part-3:-

IUPAC name is:-

3-Bromo-2-chlorononane-4,6-diol
