From the top of a 20 m tall building (its a two story building) you throw a rock, releasing it at a height level with the top of the building and with the rock going 6.0 m/s at 30 ° below the horizon- tal. What is the y-component of the velocity of the rock when it reaches a speed of 12 m/s, and how high above the ground is it at that instant? Answer is -11m/s and 14 m, but I need help with showing work.
