Polyunsaturated fats are the fat molecules that have more than one unsaturated carbon bond in the molecule. Polyunsaturated fats contain two or more double bonds in their structure. Saturate fats do not contain double bond. Therefore, saturated fats contain more hydrogen than polyunsaturated fats.
