Or

Order fill rate = orders delivered complete/ total orders

Where,

Orders delivered complete = 1,820

Total orders = 2,000

Therefore,

Order fill rate = 1,820/2,000 = 0.91 or 91%

Therefore correct answer is option: 91 percent
